"this phone is the worst phone ive needed 2 in 6 months"
Pros: good web media
Cons: sometimes once it shuts off on its own it wont come back on its happend 2X too me

"Good phone, but not for beginners"
Pros: Design - compact, flip phone. Mobile Web works well.

Pros: Flip phone form-factor, yet all the capabilities of a OS 4.6 Blackberry (mine is a Verizon model, it runs OS 4.6.1.234) - device holds memory better than my 9530 Storm, which had 48MB free at best. This sits at 60.3MB free with tons of apps loaded.
Cons: None to me, but some folks might not like the Suretype keyboard layout. I have big fingers, so I actually prefer it to the full QWERTY of the new Tour 9630, I messed with a 9630 in-store and was somewhat less than accurate. 8230 keys are much bigger

Pros: larger keyboard, flip design, nicer display than my pearl 8130, more features
Cons: The back of the phone is made of plastic. It is not made as sturdy as my pearl 8130. I am concerned that the construction of this phone will not last through my contract.

"Blackberry that happes to be a great phone"
Pros: -blackberry all the way
-good looking body
-it becomes smaller the longer you use it
-just right size, bigger than my older 8130 but smaller than my 8330
-os is crisp, and sharp to use and look atCons: -battery life was short at first but seems to be improving
-web pages take a little longer than my other berries to load
