"Outstanding phone with amazing features"
Pros: Add-ons, Features, ease of use, compact design
Cons: Keyboard is small but to be expected.
Summary: I cant find a thing wrong with this phone. I love the fetures of it Mobile GMAIL.. Google Maps with real time traffic updates added on. I have gone thru many phones and many providers. This has by far beaten everyone to date. Just ordered the 1Gb San Disk Internal memory so I can add my MP3's to listen at the gym.

All the other good, usable comments are true. There are so many things you can add to this phone for free. Great Zoom on houses anywhere with google maps, free themes, ringtones, software via the forums and thread on line (OTA), over the air. There's even iPhone themes for free. I put a 2GB Micro card in it and automatically store photos, etc on it. I also recorded 5 movies and some tv shows on the card. Camera has a 5X Zoom, Wow, and free quick player live news, jokes, traffic and other radio stations via speaker, there tons of free things to download and secret tips and tricks found in the Pinstack BB forums from the phone. You can print or communicate via blue tooth and so much more this phone can do. I can list more than 500 useful things that even the iphone cannot do but there's not enough space here.
