"Great phone, but you need to get used to it"
Pros: I disagree with cnet's review of SurePress. My iPhone friends didnt like it because they are so used to touching, not clicking. Ive never had an iPhone so i don't have that problem! I spent the weekend getting used to the keyboard and now I love it!
Cons: Buying the 16gb microsd card helps speed up the phone (which you shouldn't have to do in the first place), but i do agree it can be sluggish at times, especially when coming in/out of standby or lock mode. And the browser needs some work too.

"Great progression/addition to the Blackberry line"
Pros: Intuitive navigation, bright clear screen, improved applications (like visual voicemail), excellent speaker. Excellent alternative to the iPhone with all of the Blackberry funcionality.
Cons: Slightly bulky, touch screen takes some getting used to, but works well. I miss the track ball...I think it should have remained. Sending email/SMS requires use of Blackberry menu.

Pros: It's a Blackberry and it gives me all the functionality I expect of a Blackberry with extras. Looks good, touch screen, phone sounds great, VZW visual voice mail
Cons: Navigating can be tedious in spots, even after .75 upgrade portrait to landscape lags, I'm still getting used to typing on it although I was never a BB emailing wiz to begin with

"Does 100% of what I want it to do"
Pros: It woks great. I need it as a phone, e-mail and internet access. I never used any similar device before and was able to start using it immediately the first time I picked it up. The thing works very well and is easy to use.
