"Good phone...give it a chance."
Pros: User replaceable battery. VASTLY superior messaging (email/SMS). Great camera. User upgradeable memory. Better battery life. No WiFi (it's a waste on these phones.) Cut-and-paste. Multiple email signatures. Verizon's 3G network. Need I say more...!

"One of the worst phones I've ever owned!"
Pros: Beautiful screen and design. Large memory capability, corporate email and ncie web browser.
Cons: Clickable screen is extremely annoying and it's so slow it's almost unbearable. I've missed so many calls due to this phone locking up, it's become a joke. Navigation is clumsy and unresponsive.

"A great phone that still needs some work"
Pros: tactile feedback, its a blackberry, 3g, GPS, GSM and EVDO, great screen, amount of third party programs available, Visual Voicemail.
