"Great phone, poor battery"
Pros: Features, Keyboard, phone quality
Cons: Battery life
Summary: Came from the Curve 8330, which I really liked. Overall, the Tour is awesome. Love the apps/features, keyboard, phone quality. Wasn't sure I'd like the keyboard compared to the Curve, but I actually like it better.
My biggest complaint of the Tour is horrible battery life. I cannot make it through the day on a single charge. I did not have this problem with the Curve.

THE TOUR BATTERY LIFE IS HORRIBLE!!
It won't make it through the day (the Curve and previous BB's did). I don't know what to do, because I can't carry a charger around and I can't have my cell phone stop working at 7pm every night when I am out and about. I am very surprised that BB designed a worse phone than the predecessor phones. -
Since yu have been a BB user, do you "close out" of an application ? I don't have issues with the battery. I also have the LED light set to 10 and I still can view with no issues. The Blue Tooth drains and so I also make sure I no only have the headset turned off but also set off on the phone itself. I do regularly charge my phone, it is my only phone. I also reboot it every night and make sure I delete all text messages and emails. There is an app called Quick Pull and you don't have to take the battery out anymore to reset the device.
