"Disapointing, you end up making excuses. buy iphone."
Pros: works with Slingbox -Cool Looking-Memory card is nice- light- inexpensive - qwerty keyboard- att TV-
Cons: BATTERY LIFE IS TERRIBLE-No headphone jack, proprietary jack only- USB will NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY!- Long learning curve- screen hard to see in bright daylight, GPS is hard to figure out- volume hard to figure out- Bad tech device overall

"Excellent, sturdy and reliable phone"
Pros: I use the phone for texting and talking (but with a bluetooth headset). The battery life is very good and the qwerty keyboard helps with texting. It syncs with my Outlook so I have my contacts and calendar with me always (no issues w/ActiveSync).
Cons: It's Windows and so has to be "rebooted" on occasion (Windows users will find this SOP). Best to use a headset because the flat phone is odd to talk on. Avoided the funky special connectors by using mostly bluetooth devices.

"Will work with T-Mobile service if unlocked."
Pros: Able to use with T-Mobile service.
Cons: Phone lags here and there when opening different programs. The BJ II already has AIM, Yahoo Messenger, and ICQ installed, however, if you are trying to use it with a service besides AT&T, unfortunately it won't work.
