"Extremely fragile, Poor support from Samsung"
Pros: the key layout is great, I liked the spin/directional wheel, display quality and interface was nice, I really liked the wide but thin body. It is comfortable to talk on.
Cons: The phone is extremely fragile. Text messages show up per text like a small phone. It doesnt put them in a chat form like blackberry or Palms do. Everything in the interface is buried several options deep. Theres not enough quick keys.
Summary: I have owned this phone for 2 months and have only gotten to use for less than 1. The phone fell from my lap to the floor and the LCD shattered inside the phone. The outer glass was not damaged. Cost me 100 bucks for Samsung to repair it. The screen froze when I got it back so I had to ship it back to them. It takes 14 days or more for them to repair it. This phone is not Blackberry or Palm quality. I have dropped a Palm Treo 6 to 15 feet many times and the only damage was scratches. I like the look and feel of the Blackjack 2 but its just not professional quality. ATT is no help on repairs, they just want to sell you another NEW phone.
