Pros I like the touch screen on it. I also like the slide out key board. Sorry - not much that I'm truly impressed about with this one.
Cons The camera takes decent pictures but I'm not overly impressed. Unable to view most web pages. The phone still seems very primitive in comparison . I feel like I steppd backwards at a higher cost.
Summary It needs a lot of improvement. Who cares fast it can download If I can't get to what I need to download? I truly feel a little ripped off & feel like the "4G LTE" technology is stated to real you in - but doesn't perform near the way I would have expected. I expected an upgrade form the the phone I had... not a downgrade - especially at the cost of the phone. I'm truly disappointed with the phones Samsung is putting out for MetroPCS. The reason I purchased this is I had replaced my Code twice alreay w/in 4 months & didn't want to mess with it again so I bought this. At $2 - 300 a pop... I expect much better phones. Quickly losing my customer satisfaction.

Summary Whelp, it SOUNDS LIKE a good buy but, then again, go to the following link: http://www.metropcs.com/shop/PhoneDetails.aspx?ProductId=SCHR900NDAM(Phones), click the Specifications tab at the bottom of the page, scan down the first column of specs to the 4th line and you'll see it right there...- "Style: Smartphone".....Lemmme repeat...it says SMARTphone. I wuz thinkin about actually getting this thing til I watched this video and did some other research..but I doubt it now. Thank you CNET for mentioning specifically that the Samsung Craft is a FEATUREphone and not a true SMARTphone.
Pros It's a nice "looking" phone.......
Cons The Metro navigator app works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't, I am unable to check my gmail using the included metro pcs mail app, the wifi connection works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't..
Summary If you just have to have the latest metro phone and don't care about being able to use all of those features they advertised; then by all means go out and spend $300.00 on this piece of crap.. Unless the hacking community comes up with a way to install android onto this and turn it into a "real" phone; I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this nice looking piece of crap.Since I am an upgrade customer I am unable to get a refund for this piece of crap.. Guess I'll be selling it at a huge loss on craigslist.....

Pros There are no pros with Metro PCS.
Cons Service sucks for the new customer who has issues and the Samsung Craft is a terrible phone. I got sucked in because the phone was on sale. The battery life, there is none. Now I am stuck with the phone. I am going to T-Mobile. One week customer.
Summary They cannot help u if u go a minute over an hour as a new customer. Corporate office have no phone numbers to contact for customer service. I was charged to exchanged the phone I had just purchased two days prior. METRO PCS SUCKS AND THE SAMSUNG CRAFT.
Pros Not any I can thank of.
Cons This phone must have been an afterthough not much of it's apps. are useable to most people. Nav. is so slow you will be there befor it can tell you where to go.
