"They sold me a hot mess"
2.5 starson by EggstaceePros: It should do great things...
Cons: Aside from my faulty phone's issues:
POOR placement of on/off button in relation to volume buttons, mic is oddly on the back of the phone, UNDELETABLE tmobile apps that insist on being updated, bizzare sensor creates difficulty bringing the display up oSummary: I'm sure plenty love the phone, I see the stars, Know this: I was "informed" by tmobile tech support that the random shut downs, inconsistant touchscreen, hardware vol. control was out of synch with display, inability to completely power off and crashes etc were commonly due to android and third party apps. He specifically mentioned facebook!
Their solution, delete all but preloaded apps. What's the point of buying it if the freely admit it has issues with the android market it's bragging about posessing?

Glad to finally see someone else post the 'reality' of what many of us have experienced and TMobile refuses to fix. Yes, a certain % of these handsets are defective; Tmo calls them 'known issues' but 'theres nothing we can do." We've had the same problems: daily screen freezing, phone mysteriously turning off by itself; power cycling after resetting the phone every day and then watching it turn off/on. They at first try to blame apps, but its not apps. OThers have problems with simple SMS failures. Yeah, at one time they also told me the phone is not designed to work with any apps (so why do you preload it with so many of them?) We tried multiple factory resets, and manufacturer repairs plus every other troubleshooting step. So buyer BEWARE. Tmobile is dead last among customer service and continues to lose hundreds of thousands of customers each quarter for 4 years now for a reason!
