Summary: I put a lot of thought into this only to conclude, ahem, that the cnet review is spot on. Moving from an iPhone to this is a difficult transition and at first, I hated it. But then it did one thing after another well and I am happier each day. And yes, the $50/month for unlimited text/phone/email makes that transition easier. And I was EASILY able to set up a gmail account on it.
