"Good phone but..."
2.5 starson by Anthony_GarciaPros: Design, Weight, Feel, 4G.
Cons: Unable to turn off data, 2.3.6 Gingerbread, Camera Lag, Sluggish at times, and price range.
Summary: You'd think that Samsung wouldn't disappoint on their "Galaxy" lineup, but this sure did. I've had this phone for about 2 and a half months and i'm starting to regret that I chose this over the LG Motion. Although this phone is very appealing. The few things I liked about this phone was the design, weight, and feel. The front facing camera was pretty good for a 1.3 megapixel. The rear 3.2 megapixel took good pictures as well if the lighting was good and auto-focused well enough. The lag to snap a picture was the only downfall about it which took about 2 seconds. Of course one of the biggest disappointments was the 2.3.6 Gingerbread and I doubt this will have an ice cream sandwich update even though Samsung has released devices lower than a 1GHz processor with 4.0. Speaking of the processor, you'd think 1Ghz would be fairly fast, but at times it would be sluggish. The display isn't very well itself as well. Another disappointment is not having the option to turn off the data as well. So your stuck having it always on unless you're using WIFI. The way around it is downloading the "Data Enabler Widget" which lets you turn it off. This phone isn't worth the $150 at all and shouldn't even be a competition between this and the Motion. I'd say buy this if its discounted to $100. Other than that, choose the LG Motion.
