"Fun phone.....but could be better"
3.0 starson by crystal33070Pros: I always told myself I would never buy a phone that could replace my laptop. However I decided I needed something to allow me access to the internet and nursing information without lugging my laptop every where. This phone allowed me to do this.
Cons: No flash, short battery life, many times I can not access the internet, locks up out of no where, does not ring 3/4 of the time even in good service areas.
Summary: The phone is great for accessing information when it is able to connect. It has a great camcorder. But as a phone I am not happy with this product. I must also add that I live in the Florida Keys where we do not yet have the 4G service. I am hoping that once that is in place I will be a happier customer. I also think I will contact Samsung about the phone locking up. I don't have time to be pulling my battery out all the time, in order to reboot the phone.
