Pros It's smooth and very responsive and no lag at all. The other good thing about this phone when Google sends out a up date this phone will get it first. Thanks!!!!
Cons Their is no other OS on top of the Jelly Bean OS. Which is good in my opinion!
Summary I have the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and love it. If you want the pure Android experience with Jelly Bean this is the phone to get. if you want Android that has another OS on top, this is not the phone for you.
Pros Nice looking.
Cons Just sluggish for me.
Summary This was my first phone but I took it back and got an HTC One X. This phone was sluggish and just kind of "dim." When i took it back the sales guy (Best Buy/San Francisco) said I must have a lemon. It couldn't handle 4G LTe (I was/am on AT&T) but worse, it couldn't stay on for long. Just a bad unit, I guess.
Pros Great screen, no junk-ware, sufficient memory
Cons Short battery life, less than a work day when used.
Pros Ics pure google good camera
Cons Everything/ slow data speeds gets hot. Bad reception. Cheep feel. No 4g yet. Ics is not as good as i thought.
Summary This device is Dreadful. Google need to go with lg or htc because samsung suck. Sprint is even worse with there slow 3g. 4g lte is not even out i should sue. Because i was promised 4g lte and sprint don't even have it what a rip. The camera is ok but if you call samsung and ask about a problem they deny it come on customer service. I have wifi in my house and cannot connect. Wow/ YouTube buffer everytime you use it. My old nexus s is better than this pos. Very friendly review cnet yall no this phone is awful. 3G SUCKS CANNOT CONNECT TO MY HOME WIFI. GO TO THE HTC EVO 4G LTE
Pros The screen is larger than any other smartphone out there, which makes it great to watch videos and movies and YouTube. Vivid colors. Decent camera with zoom and video functions. Good speaker on the back. GPS is flawless!
Cons I had a long wait in hospital and discovered the battery lasts about 4:52 hours, leaving 11% left. Poor reception at times when it drops to 2 bars or less. Phone microphone is a small hole on bottom. No 4G network in Honolulu. Can't get wifi to work.
Summary If Samsung is able to reduce the thickness in the next model version, it'd be great because it is quite hefty. Google works well with the entire phone, especially Maps and the Navigate apps which are my favorites. I haven't had a chance to sign up for Google Voice, but when I travel out of the country I may need to. And note that many apps in Google Play Store are free, more than in the Apple App Store. The Facebook for Android app won't let me share stuff between pages yet, but sharing a website from Chrome is possible.
For those considering Android versus iPhone: Android lets you put widgets and apps on your home screen. iOS only allows apps. Both operating systems let you change your wallpaper.
