Cons I had a long wait in hospital and discovered the battery lasts about 4:52 hours, leaving 11% left. Poor reception at times when it drops to 2 bars or less. Cons Plastic feel, poor battery life, and SPRINT. After 3 days I am returning my phone and switching to my previous carrier.
