"Impractical Monstrosity"
2.0 starson by salamisaPros: Would be great in those instances, where is it awkward to whip out a proper tablet to watch a video, but a smaller device isn't.
Cons: Doesn't do well at replacing either a smartphone or tablet.
Summary: The grip is far too wide to be comfortable. Making calls is impractical and awkward, and holding it requires two hands. It might appear appealing as a tablet/smartphone combo, but it's too big to make sense as a smartphone, and too small to make sense as a tablet. It thus finds that 'sour' spot between both devices.

Remember you didnt take time to learn about the device. It works well as a phone the new feature for you would be dealing with so much phone and it has a one handed operation feature. As a tablet the same apps are on both so how is it not a tablet the same and or similar functions run on both devices. If you take just a few hours out of your day to learn the truth about the device, I bet you would change your review. And remember I am one who has had the iPhone, iPad, windows phone, windows tablet so I have been there and like the function of this phone.

Impractical opinion. The only monstrosity is your weak, fake review.

Get the phone first..then review it.

i had some of the same concerns with holding it. i like everything about this phone even the size but since at work i often can only use one hand i was worried about dropping it but i found this thing called a flygrip it makes holding a big phone like this easy plus it doubles as a kickstand its pretty sweet check it out

Sounds like you never played with one, so what makes you think your opinion matter. I own the first gen note and even with slower processor and older S pen, it is still a better phone than most out there.

This guy is just silly, posts a review of the largest screened mobile phone complaining it's large!
Clearly if he doesn't want a large phone he should pursue a small one and not just put a post without thought about how large it is.
I do a lot of photography and this would be great to showcase some of it conveniently without lugging a tablet around.
Also, phone web browsing is greatly enhanced as the screen gets larger. Enough said. -
So, you went out and bought the biggest phone on the market because you wanted a small phone?
Haha, these fake reviews are hilarious. -
You must be a dwarf if you can't make a call with one hand. You do know they have a one handed option that compacts the dialpad and shifts it to one side of the phone at the user's choosing. The only thing you complain about is the size. That's silly. It would be like buying a Suburban and complaining that it's not the size of a mini-cooper. Obviously the ergonomics aren't for you, but for those of us comfortable with the size it is truly a remarkable phone.

I'm guessing you don't own this phone, and came to review on your own bias since you only comment on the size. Guess what, some people want this phone for exactly what you listed as Cons.
