Pros There aren't any
Cons POS is all I got to say
Summary I hate this phone. They need to make it better. It has way to many problems.
Pros I have enjoyed my boost galaxy. It is slik and fast. Lots of apps. Very easy to use. I can tether so I can get online without paying another internet bill..yeay
Cons On sprint network, the network is always crapy. But can still use in most places.
Summary I am enjoying not paying a whole lot of money for nothing. Thank you boost.
*if you use this device and have enough knowledge to end up at cnet bulletin boar/ forum then you should be fine...* **the RAM and local memory could be bigger, but using a higher capacity SD card can solve any fr
Cons no hdmi
no slide out qwerty (i'm old fashioned that way)
dual core would be nicer, but does it even count as a con when the Galaxy Prevail is still worth every penny and more... it outkicks its cost and the low cost of $55 per month for complete unlimite
Summary It will take you longer to put on shoes in the morning than it will to get GALAXY to tether.. and dont beleive the guy who says it freezes, he doesn't have a big enough SD card and enough know how to kill unneeded processes and move all possible programs / apps to card. I'm on a laptop replying to this post, watching netflix, and downloading music & movies using a program called PdaNet .. Boost Mobile is unlimited and even if it is 3G, it is still better than AT&T by a mile... and it is cheaper too. Boost for price and sturdy digital network..
Pros Very little pre-loaded apps
External SD card access
Cons No proximity sensor
No visual voicemail
Call sound (others seem to have trouble hearing me)
No camera flash
Low megapixel camera
Lower resolution screen
Summary I've had this pone for a month now, can't be happier. Samsung finally has a well polished low-cost Android phone. This is my second Samsung Android. No flashy 3D or 4G, but it has everything I need to get news, calls, texts, e-mail, etc. Great size, thin. I'm aware that most of the cons I listed help keep the phone cost so low. Battery life is greatly improved from my Samsung Moment. I've had no problems with the battery. It lasts all day for me with moderate use without a charge.
Pros It still works after 2 years, and has had no significant tech problems.
Cons This phone comes programmed w/very many apps that cannot be uninstalled or moved to a SD card. Therefore, there is hardly any memory to install apps that I want and forget about the updates.
This phone has only caused extreme frustration.
Summary With that said, I love Boost Mobile's affordable plan(s). I have been a customer since 2010. The only thing that would make me leave Boost: not finding a phone that works well on Boost and is not programmed with apps I am forced to keep.
