Cons Having to power cycle the phone daily, and sometimes hourly. Otherwise it will not play internet videos, music, record voice or video, and will not take pictures. Cons Touch screen to sensitive for my liking. Went from Blackberry to this phone and do not like the touch keyboard. Can use the Blackberry with one hand, pretty hard to do with the Samsung Galaxy.
