Summary I am a current owner of the Verizon Droid Charge.. I have 48 hours to make up my mind to either return this phone and wait for Droid Function ( That's what the S2's name will be on the Verizon Network ) or be happy with 2/3 the Galaxy's Preformance with my Verizon Droid Charge.. Yes the screen is amazing ! ( The same one.. ) coming from a Blackberry Storm 5320 ( 2008 Tech ) the Droid Charge was a Quantum leap ahead .. But the Galaxy S2 almost seems " Future Proof " at least until this time next year.. The Verizon Droid Charge only has 512 megs of ram and sometime it does not seem like enough.. Usually 70 to 75% always seems to be eaten up with apps and the operating system.. But it can also seem very quick at times as well.. I also got a great combo pack from Verizon w Car Charger/Screen Covers and most importantly a rubber case with a built in Kickstand ! Its great ! and when you slide the phone into the belt clip, it copletely covers the face of the Charge ( Face down on velvet.. ) Let me tell you.. With a Media Phone you are going to want that kickstand .. If I do decide to take the Charge back and wait another 2 to 3 months for the S2 / Function I am going to keep the protection case and modify it to work with the S2 / Function.. That how good it is.. I have even taken the rest of the week off ! Going over test after test to decide if I should just keep the Charge and wait for the X-mas / Jan updated S2/ Function which all reports say will have a the Dual Cores up to 1.4 gigs and will be running the new operating system code named " Ice Cream Sandwhich " which will be the 1st Operating System to be " Uniformed " for both the Galaxy Tablet as well as the S2 / Function and running a modified version of Touchwiz.. Ah.. Decisions Decisions.. any advice ?
Pros * Best Screen for vivid life like colors
* Dual Core Processor
* 1 GB RAM
* Improved Touchwiz UI
* Very Good Camera
* Fast Internet Browsing
& much much more
Cons * Call quality could have been improved (Lacks voice clarity as compared to my Nokia E 71)
* Android applications market not as rich as apple
Summary Not released yet here in Middle East but got mine from UK through Expansys. You have to see it to beleive. Its awsome, gorgeous, mind blowing .... whatever u call it. Screen, its a treat to watch. Sound with headphones included in the box is outstanding giving u homethater like experience with option for 5.1 channel. Browsing speed, blazingly fast with flash support. It has raised the bar really high and this is the phone to beat from now on.
You enjoy your hard earned money invested on this phone without any regret.

Only con people have is they don't like how it feels..but this is stupid it was made to be light weight and it is actually more durable then the iphone in a drop test.
If you want it to feel bulky and heavy buy a case..simple..
Pros The Camera, Screen, Thin body, performance.
Cons The plastic body, For the price i payed for it at technoblimp, I would expect premium construction material instead of a plastic back.
Summary Absolutely wonderful phone. Its super thin, and feels great in the hand. Its back is plastic though and its somewhat disappointing considering that its an eight hundred dollar + phone. Other than that, this phone is the best one on the market. The screen just pops and is super bright. The screen resolution isnt really a problem. Considering Thin it is, battery life is great.
