Pros: speed tested to 16.7 Mb DL at newer cell site. camera HD and foto. wifi calling and browsing. no radio but i-heart radio app. removable and upgradeable memory. home made ringtones. dash cam. able to play to HDTV with adapter, works fine.

Cons: would like a larger battery even if the back is enlarged.
but I know it would add to the very light weight.

Summary: first smartfone so I'm on a learning curve...my kids have had them for 5+ years now. I do use it for price checking, bar code reader blends with price checking. I enjoy listening to smooth jazz on iheart radio but I do not know if it is the connection or iheart has dropouts while I walk. but I can listen to my own music loaded on board. I plan to load a few digital copy videos just to take with me, they played fine with the samsung adapter. just had a small learning curve to "plug the hdmi cable in last." I understand I can use this like a auto GPS system. I did see how someone used it as a HD dash cam and recorded someone backing into him while he was stopped on the freeway. the guy tried to scam him by saying you hit me and wanted $200 to forget it all. he pointed to his dash cam and turned the table. there are so many apps for it I'll be reading about them for another month. I had been at&t for the last 15 years but opted for tmobile as I am a low user and rates were more to my liking. moved my old number. I have tested the camera in panorama mode, looks pretty good to me. HD cam says it is 1080P, untested. proximity to cell site designates DL speeds 1.5 mb in my house 12.5 mb at the site,1/2 mile away.
they say it is upgradeable to 32Gb but read somewhere a 64 will work but since it come with a different fat system on it says it will not recognise it. they said to have the phone format it and will work, you should research that for your self... it may need more study.
I recommend if you are done with wifi turn it off. it may give you better battery run time. I think wifi is constantly running in the background, onboard computer too. recently got 3 days off my last charge. signal strength meter shows if EDGE or 3G or 4G. almost one month old now. still have a long learning curve to go........
