"A very low quality and unreliable phone"

Cons: It is an unreliable phone. I used the S3 for 3 weeks when it updated its company firmware and corrupted the phone serial number and they couldn't fix it. The complaints of the S3 are unlimited. I suggest you also check amazon reviews
Summary: Because of my experience with the S3 I will never buy a Samsung product in my life
