Summary: ***! I mean seriously. I just switched from my HTC One to the S4 because I couldn't get over the usability, lack of three button design, and tin like calls...From the pan in to the fire...The S$ blows it too!
From the gate; Missed calls and text message show up on the lock screen for no value, let me explain. Unlike my prior S3 or HTC One, when a missed call shows up on the screen my instinct is to click on it and swipe to open that app. Well, it doesn't work that way on the S4. it does nothing! it's useless!
Than I find out my S4 will only download apps on the the internal memory and not the SD card. Well after Samsung and T-Mobile chewed up 8GB of storage for their BS I'm only left with 8 for apps and a **** ton on my 32GB SD card which has no purpose but to live for photos...Maybe music (unless you use Spotify like me, and all the songs live on the app, and thus the internal memory, AHHHH!)
Finally, I come to find out there is a huge issue with the S4 working with D-Link Routers. Apparently Samsung has an issue with that now too.
Here is my Mass Recommendation; buy a used S3 and stick with the old 4.1.2 android...Or if you want to put the extra time in ROOT the thing.
