"The Grand Illusion"
0.5 starson by qasoftPros: The Moment is attractive at first appearance, but does not live up to other Smart Phones. In fact, this phone appears to be little more than an attractive device. My most recent phones were a TREO and Blackberry. .
Cons: The Moment has a tendency to produce "androidprocess". errors messages. It's largest shortcoming is the failure of the incoming and sometimes the end call buttons. Sprint has replaced the phone twice in four months but refuses to offer another model.
Summary: This phione is absolutely not buuilt for commercial use. It's incoming call button often does not activate the incoming call which causes missed calls. The end call button sometimes does not end the call, even when depressed multiple times. Both buttons are just too poorly constructed and serve a less frequent use purpose. In addition, "foresclose" errors are common after using three Moment phones. Sprint refuses to replace the phone wioth another model in spite of issuing a third device, all with similar issues, within a four month period. Most other smart phones would be a better choice, except as mentioned, where someone is most concerned with attractiveness and less about performance. The Android OS is not being review in the above and would require a separate review.

Thank you. My daughter and I experience the same thing. We thought it was just our phones that did this. This is by far the worse phone we have ever owned. I regret buying this phone just as much as I regret switching from At & T to Sprint. What you posted is 100% true and accurate.
