"THIS PHONE'S SOOOO SICK!!!!!!!!" on by pytonfu554

Pros: Great full html opera browser!!!!!!! --- better than the safari on the iphone
8GB memory, WIFI, Haptic feedback, supports micro SDCH up to 16GB, sleek, light and great looking screen

Cons: No cons... couldn't find any especially after having an iphone for past 4 months..... Can't even make a call with an iphone..... not even in my house or at work..... fix your network AT&T!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: I love everything about this phone. I still have my iphone but I won't be needing it anymore and I'll make my little bro happy by giving it to him for this x-mas. I like this phone so much better than the iphone. I love the microsoft office support and the opera browser on this phone is better than the safari on my iphone. If someone tells you something different, that person's either lying to you or he/she's a just apple fanboy/girl. Usually those kind of people would believe anything apple says or wanting to sell.... even if that is "humans lay eggs"

"Who need an iphone or g1 when U got the Samsung Omnia!?" on by aquaman10246

    Pros: Integrated Exchange support
Better media file type compatibility than iphone or g1
    MS Office support
Multiple choices of web browsers with Flash
No login required to use it
Integrated motion picture capture(iphone or g1 has no video)
    No kill switch

Cons: have to get the $30 data plan with this phone

Summary: the Omnia is intended to be a business productivity device that can replace the laptop at most instances. While the G1 is also positioned in the same vein, its far from stable or reliable enough for similar enterprise tasks. The iPhone is simply not even in the picture, lacking multitasking or dedicated data entry keys. Multitasking is the foundation for improving productivity, and why mobiles have reached desktop capabilities. It takes too long to accomplish business tasks in a one-task-at-a-time mode. Neither the G1 nor iPhone have the library of useful productivity tools and applications WinMo has, nor the image capture skills of the Omnia.

cnets' perceived bias has steered enough sales to Apple, and most of the readers speak as if they actually believe the iPhone and G1 have more features, capabilities. Truth is, you can't even capture video on either one, the world hasn't agreed with its wallet that these devices are so superior, and if you mention the superphones so little and the pop phone so much, it amounts to unfair coverage.

"great features! the best phone in the market today!" on by eatwarm6996

Pros: 8GB memory configuration and additional 16GB can be added into micro SDHC slot
5-megapixel CMOS camera with video recording
    handwriting recognition
    wifi
    haptic feedback
Who said WM 6.1 is buggy?

Cons: no 3.5mm standard audio jack

Summary: If you are not a WM fan then this phone is not for you. The biggest plus is having 8gb on-board plus the ability to expand memory! Does your phone have that feature? Second, it has a 5 megapixel camera complete with face detection, smile feature and panorama. This makes Omnia your everyday camera. Third, the phone comes complete with Touch Wiz interface. And last, Samsung used a 624mhz chip to handle all processes.

Samsung has given this device considerable thought.

"storm has nothing on omnia" on by sanshou3090

Pros: FAST!!!, wifi, 5mp cam, verizon wireless evdo rev-a, haptic feedback, sleek looking design, easy to use!!

    Cons: none what so ever

Summary: I've used the blackberry storm for 3 days and I hated it!!!!!!! Storm couldn't suck anymore than how it is now....

so i went back to the verizon wireless store and I started to complain how bad the storm has been to me for past 3 days..... store manager came to me and showed me the glory..... yes, the samsung omnia that is....

It is the best phone I've ever used in my life.... I also had an iphone.....

SAMSUNG OMNIA IS BETTER THAN THE iphone!!

"I love my Omnia!!!!!!!!!" on by gonbulla4646

    Pros: Accelerometer and tilt sensor
    Big screen
    8GB memory
Slim (and smaller than BlackJack II, BTW)
    High resolution camera (5 MP)
The phone is only $269 WITH ONE YEAR CONTRACT!!!
    WIFI
    Great full html browsers
    Haptic Feedback
    SDHC card support

Cons: Why didn't it come out sooner?? LOL

Summary: I know the Storm will get better over time, but I prefer WM and the camera on the Storm is horrible. I also rather not wait for RIM to get an update out fixing the accelerometer, lag, and calibration issues of the Storm and get the Omnia which seems to great from the start.
