"Best phone I've ever owned"
Pros: sleek design, small size, easy of use, windows mobile, broadband access via Verizon, wi-fi, 8 gb storage, expansion slot, phone clarity, easy to set up email, great coverage (Verizon), decent price with upgrade. Samsung quality.
Cons: Samsung Widget is awful. Otherwise, just normal windows glitches - once you download and install the plus pack for the windows mobile, it's great. Takes care of a lot of the issues I had.
Summary: I upgrade my phones every year. But this one I think I'll keep for a while. I had a voyager before and loved it, but love the expansion of the full windows mobile. And I have NEVER had an issue with a Samsung phone, and this one is no exception. It is WONDERFUL!

The widgets do look awful. I spent 5 minutes at the VZW store trying to figure out what they do! I have a Moto Q right now (had it for 3 years) and am stil leaning to this phone.
I was so frustrated trying to navigate with my clumsy fingers (Btw, I think I tried hitting the close button "X" 10 times with no response!) but I'm sure I would use the stylus more. It does seem like it has a lot of apps, and the OFFICE apps really are my big attraction.
What is in the "plus pack"?
