    Pros: Great Feature Set
    Expandable Memory
    Runs on solid Verizon network

Cons: Absolutely awful user experience, it is way too sluggish to be of practical use has a piece of handheld electronics. Touch screen is truly, exceptionally, bad. Takes an already disappointing windows mobile, and makes it much, much worse

Summary: I bought my first Omnia soon after it came out, and I didn't want to believe that a phone that made it to public release could be this bad. So I exchanged it. And with the few shreds of hope I had left after a second bad experience, I exchanged it once more. After three different omnias over the course of three months, I am here to declare that this phone is the worst cell phone I have ever used or heard of.

It looks good on paper, it has a fantastic feature set, expandable memory, and it runs on good old verizon, but all of this is totally overshadowed by a couple of massive flaws, that render this phone a bad choice for anyone wanting a decent device.

First, this phone is massively sluggish, basic functions take forever to load, and absolutely nothing is snappy. It feels like trying to use an old virus-ridden pc.

Second, the touch screen is the single worst touch screen I have ever used. Very poor forthought on Samsungs part resulted in tiny menu items and icons, making the screen almost impossible to control accurately with your fingers, especially if they are big like mine. A stylus is included, but the lanyard design doesn't lend itself to ease of use and is more there for style.

Finally, the worst problem this phone has is it's user interface. If I were to rate this alone, it wouldn't even get half a star. I have had two other windows mobile devices over the past few years, and while the UI's on both were disappointing, this interface outshines everything else with the amount of pure suck it emits. Scrolling menus is near impossible, and about 40 percent of the time, when you click on something, it either doesn't register or registers as the wrong thing. And it's the phone, not me, I'm quite adept with a stylus. This combined with the sluggishness results in a phone with great features, but ultimately is a completely worthless waste of time. Don't buy it, it doesn't matter who you are or what you are looking for in a phone, this phone is not for you.
