Bottom line	Samsung's Rugby Pro makes a good, affordable choice for people seeking a more rugged smartphone, but it won't satisfy those who need an ultradurable frame.	A few quibbles notwithstanding, the powerhouse HTC One is a beautifully crafted, near-ideal smartphone.	The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx proves that a powerful Android superphone can remain thin yet still promise marathon-worthy battery life.	Though the Optimus Vu fits into the novel "phablet" category, forking over $900 for any Gingerbread phone isn't worth it, no matter what the screen size.
