"Performs like XP on a P133"
Pros: Syncs with Outlook, slim, decent voice quality for a Smartphone
Cons: Slow, horrible battery-life, plodding navigation
Summary: I was suprised to find this cutting-edge new smartphone - successor to the popular i500 - to be so disappointingly slow. The USB sync is slower than expected, the wireless perfomrce is HORRIBLY slow and simple navigation is much slower than acceptable. I don't have any extra TSR-apps installed or running on this phone - juts the standard, and my contact db is < 130. The button placement on the side of the phone for volume, recording, web access and phone mode are inconveniently placed so that you're bound to constantly hit these buttons accidentally during calls and regular operation. The battery life for the slim battery (the only one which makes this an acceptable pocket-phone) is appaling and I find if I dont keep it plugged in charging most of the day I'll be in a pinch during a call later.
