"Overall, very pleased" on by Nick412
Pros: Great screen. Easy to navigate. Keypad is good sized.
Cons: 1) Side up/down key is key volume, not ringer volume. 2) Center button cannot select. 3) It vibrates a few times, THEN rings. Not at the same time. Very annoying.
Summary: Overall, it's a great phone. Very easy to use. It has a few minor problems, as stated above, but once you get past those it's a great starter phone. I received the phone used, so it was already battered quite a bit. I've had it for 3 months now and I've dropped it frequently, but it's still working great. The hinge is getting a bit wiggly, but after throwing it across a room while opened, it's to be expected. It's definitely a durable little phone.

This time... in the washing machine. Bad idea. So it's not the phone's fault... I miss it terribly! -

"Small and compact, but not without some big compromises!" on by Michaeltt
Pros: Light and tiny, especially for a flip phone.
Cons: poor display no camera bad soun quality and little memory to speak of .
Summary: I am very upset with the quality. The display is horrible if you ask me. The wallpapers and ringtones the phone comes with are so dumb I can't believe it. Everything about this phone screams cheap from the sound quality to the display, this phone screams cheap! I would not even suggest getting this phone unless somebody is paying you to take it.

"Good for some things; not so good for others" on by Jasmineflower
Pros: Very small and light; loud ringer; pretty good call quality
Cons: NO SPEAKERPHONE; terrible selection of onboard ringtones; no snooze for alarm; doesn't display name for call if you didn't enter area code for phonebook entry; max earpiece volume not loud enough
Summary: I got this phone because I wanted a small flip phone that I could get for free by just signing up for another year of service. It's a decent phone and fits the bill if you want a REALLY compact flip phone. I haven't really had issues with dropped calls, and sound quality is decent.
However, my cell phone is my only phone (no landline), so it's a big pain for me that there's no speakerphone. Plus, I used to use my phone as my alarm, and the lack of snooze bugged me. And I can't always hear the person talking on the other end if I'm not in a pretty quiet environment--I really wish this volume got louder. Finally, all of the ringtones that come on the phone are just terribly annoying. I ended up buying a couple, but even these ones kind of irritate me. Oh yeah, and it bugs me that it won't display a caller's name if I didn't enter that person's area code with their phone number in the phonebook (which is usually the case for local numbers).
