  • "Fun Chick Phone, But Also Stylis For Guys"
    on by americusangel

    Pros Stylish, Cute, Fun

Cons Reception can be iffy, especially in my house at least

Summary I love this phone a ton. I upgraded my plan and my phone from the Cricket Kyocera Rave, which was honestly not the greatest compared to the phone that I have now, but it was a phone, right? Besides there being no flash I think that the camera is great! You can change the picture to black and white, sephia, a sketch, a negative, it is CRAZY FUN!!! You can also put different frames around the pictures so my friends and I have great fun with the camera. I think that the rings are fun, I basically just love the phone. Compared to the basic plan and extremely basic phone (but again I guess that it was still a phone) the Samsung E335 is the best!!! I would recommend it to anyone, especially a teen like me, this definitely is a fun phone to show off to friends! I hope that this review helps!

  • "I Love This Phone!"

Pros Price, Style, Size, Weight, Features

Cons Battery, Size, Weight, Monochrome External Screen.

Summary So- I got this phone a couple of weeks ago, for Free with our government discounts. It looks great, and it's extremely small. I always end up feeling my pockets to make sure I haven't lost it, because I can't feel it against my leg inside my pocket. The camera isn't spectacular, but If you want to snap something you see, it gets the job done. It has great Instant Messenging features, and the internet is extremely fast.

However, I end up having to charge the phone every three to four days. The battery life isn't abysmal, but I was hoping for more. I was leaving for class with two bars, and the phone died by the end of the day.

Reception is Okay. Our home is near a T-Mobile tower, so I get good reception throughout my entire house. The Sound quality is also nothing to jump for joy over. Also, I'd wish that Samsung would make the external screen color for Picture ID. Oh well.

Basically, If you can get this phone cheap, jump on it, otherwise, I'd pick the similar, but less stylish Samsung E315.

  • "Great Features- Extremely Bad Reception"
    on by BerlinerSina

Pros Nice camera phone, great sound, speaker phone, vibrant colors

    Cons Shaky Reception

Summary I upgraded from a Samsung x105 to this phone. I had problems with reception before and was hoping that a brand new phone would get rid of that problem. I wasn't even able to talk on the phone in my house.
I charged up my brand new phone, plugged in my SIM card and turned the phone on. I was inside my house and immediately got the "Searching" screen. To make a long story short, I absolutely love the design and feel of this phone. I love the features it comes with, great camera, speaker phone, and all that. But I hate not being able to talk on my phone because it "searches" all day long. Even at work it gets no reception. I compared to my co-worker's cell phones (one has a Nokia and the other has a Kyocera) and both have about 5 bars when my phone is "searching". Granted, every now and then I do get a bar or two, but that just doesn't do it for me. Not sure if it's Samsung or T-Mobile, I will try a different brand phone next since I'm still under contract with T-Mobile.
