"Does several things well enough to be very useful"
Pros: Even with its myriad flaws, I prefer using this machine to toting around a phone and PDA. Especially useful for working in the field.
Cons: Most glaring problem is the abysmal product support. Verizon (the only phone provider) is friendly but CLUELESS, Samsung is erratic, and the manual is so uselesss they shd be embarassed.

Pros: All in one device, pretty good PDA/phone interface, MP3, word, excel, notes, fantastic compatability with MS office for syncing with home computer
Cons: NO Bluetooth....hello?!? no keyboard, fairly bulky, no provided case that is conveinient to use, and also protects the screen, battery life

Pros: This pda/phone is INCREDIBLE, however, it is not just for anyone. It's not a cheap phone to begin with, but to get the maximum performance from it, a few accessories and programs are needed. A wireless headset is almost a must and there are hundreds of
