Pros: Screen is bright and crisp, spring assisted open and close is nice. Full qwerty keyboard and awesome 4G access. Streaming Netflix and pandora work great multiple email acct management plays games well and call coverage and clarity is great.

Cons: Battery, durability(I have had 3 replaced in 3 months),its lagtastic I have to reboot on average every 2 days, bloatware pisses me off. I blew out LCD on first, sound died on the 2nd and the 3rd one cracked the glass on a 2 ft fall in a VW case.

Summary: This phone is BUGGY lag when it has any less than 100 mb of available ram. FRAGILE as hell why doesn't it have gorilla glass? The physical keyboard is way to sensitive if you nick another key you will get that letter. Advertise 4gb of internal memory you have right at 2gb. 512mb of ram it only shows you 380mb? More cons than pros thats for sure this thing needs some armor its REALLY pathetic.
