Can only be "unlocked" for International use by after-market whiz: you'll probably have to pay $20-$40 for this as T-Mobile can't do it. Menus aren't easy to navigate, and are quirky throughout. No repeated reminder for messages, which require manual opening and handling. Third-party email subject line does not scroll (Yahoo), but other URL's do (Ebay). Cannot access "headers" of email without opening message itself, so no way to tell where an email came from withoout opening it first. Phone remains "signed in" when you leave URL unless you manually "sign out" of each URL, so if you lose it, anyone can use it for whatever: read your email, go into your Ebay account, etc. True that camera quality (I'd rate 9.5), and rare memory card (up to 512Mb!) makes it just about worth not-so-good phone, if that's a priority for you.
