"Think before you error"
Pros: Touch screen,
Cons: many, read on...
Summary: I bought this unit because I wanted the best of the best, instead I was dissapointed in the poor quality of this product. The screen is bright, audio crisp but that is where it ends.
The plastic case is cheap and easy to scuff. The device has a very slow processor, you move the wheel and have to wait for the unit to catch up. The applications are slow and sometimes seize the device. The only way around this is to reset the system. I travel all over the country, however none of my appointments time's change to match the zone that I am in at the time. Using the Bluetooth functionality as a modem does not work as advertized and the battery life is not what is advertized. I called SonyEricsson tech support on more than 4 occasions and was informed that all of these issues are true and that they can not fix them, but that they have forwarded these issues to their engineering staff. THis is a serious Sonyericsson black-eye in my view.
