Pros: Sleek, modern profile allows the phone's speaker to actually be heard well. The display is crisp and high definition.

Cons: The battery is not removable, and the device comes with an absurd amount of junk apps, many of which cannot be truly removed. The touch screen is sometimes accurate, and other times way off. Wimpy battery.

Summary: Some of this may be unavoidable, as far as AT&T phones go, but for this phone in particular, I found that in order to truly get the most out of it, I will have to root it. Also, during routine use, one may find that the hardware buttons are placed in inconvenient places; I find myself looking at random photos that my camera took while I was holding it, because of where that button is. Also, always have a charger on hand- This phone has a very wimpy battery.
