Bottom line
With the 12-megapixel Sprint Flash, ZTE attempts to break new ground in features, but the Flash is a poor choice both as a phone and as a camera.
A few quibbles notwithstanding, the powerhouse HTC One is a beautifully crafted, near-ideal smartphone.
The LG Optimus Elite packs a couple of interesting extras, but at its core it's no more than an average Android phone with a less than elite design.
The Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE is a good Android choice, but for the same price, the LG Viper gives you greater camera power.
Despite its short battery life, Sprint's LG Optimus G is the best LG phone on the market due to its zippy processor, lovely display, and 13-megapixel camera.
