Cons Hard to get a live person on the phone, had to create a google account, a little hard to set up the account on the phone, itwas much easer to use the computer. Very senistive touch screen made a lot of typo's till I could figure out how to correct it on by MichaelDaytona | Read full review

Cons I wish I had of looked up all the other mobile reviews before I bought the Concorde. I have had two of them now, the first one fell off my lap (a mere 1 1/2 foot drop) and cracked the screen in pieces!) so I got another one. Not smart! on by cindynron | Read full review
