"Near perfect"
Pros: WiFi, Bluetooth, Keyboard, Size, WM 5
Cons: Sound quality, Speed of prosessor
Summary: I have the i-mate K-Jam (same as T-Mobile MDA and Qtek 9100), and so far I love it. I love the size, screen and the amount of connection options. I have no problems with connecting to my router @ home and to my TomTom bluetooth GPS system. Typing e-mails is a zipp with the keyboard, which is perfect in size for my small fingers. The only thing I don't like is the sound quality and the sound volume. The other more annoying thing is the slow prosessor. At only 200 MHz it's very slow. I had a 400 MHz PPC prior and it's beyond my comprehension why they would choose such a slow prosessor. But it's still a great device that I highly recommend!

IF you have problems with the speed, just overclock it. So far the most stable speed has been around 252 mhz. You can go upto 276 mhz before it crashes and it won't significantly reduce your battery either, on furhter instructions go here: http://mobilitytoday.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11249

I have the Qtek 9100. The review states that the device accepts up to a 1 gb miniSD card. I would like to know if their is any reason that it wouldn't accept a 2 gb miniSD.
Also, if anyone knows of any nice hacks, tips, tricks, mods, or essential programs to have, please post them here. -
a way to be efficient, convenient and more productive than "the old fashioned" way. This little baby is awesome at giving you everything right when you want it. Email, sms, Outlook info, call logs, internet, etc, etc, etc. I have big fingers and have never had a problem with the touch screen or the keyboard. I agree with the last comments though. The volume is a little on the low side & you have to speak right into the phone when there is outside noise. The processor is a little slow for this price point, but very tolerable. I have 1500+ contacts & it takes about 5-10 seconds sometimes (I type in a few letters to begin search) to scan the contact list to find who I'm looking for. Other than that, it's probably the best smartphone out there.
I also have the K-Jam, which is the exact same phone as this one, for about 3 months now. T-Mobile is my service provider & has proven to be pretty reliable in New York City. Hope this helps someone... -
