"Unproven Phone and Unproven Technology"
Pros: Not much to love, especially given its high price
Cons: Way too many to list (see CNET's own list of cons). No normal headset jack? Come on!
Summary: CNET wants to love these android phones so much.. Just look at the review they gave. How can a phone that has so many negatives get a 4 star rating (the same as CNET gave the iPhone 3G). The iPhone 3G with the new software hits every pro of this Android phone, plus has none of the cons that CNET listed. Yet both phones rate the same. This is typical CNET bias at its best. Move on to iPhone or the Palm Pre. Stop wasting your time with these android phones.

"The iPhone hits every pro of this android phone"?? Lmao. Don't make me laugh, i know its coming very shortly, but iPhone STILL doesn't have MMS sending. So how does it meet every pro of the MyTouch? Not to mention iPhone's incapability to multitask. I really hate when people compare all phones to the iPhone. Like, yes... the iPhone has its pros, but it also has it's cons. Just like every other cell phone out there. For this device, it has no head phone jack. Besides that, it truly is amazing. Nice bias-review on the Mytouch, Dan90254

Sounds like a typical Apple fanboy hating on anything that is not the iPhone, which also has its own flaws/shortcomings; have fun utilizing certain features that are currently not accessible through AT&T.

Your bias is clearly of the sour apple variety. The actual call quality of this phone is outstanding! My old Nokia N95 8Gb can't come within a touching distance; the clarity is amazingly crystal clear. There's also wi-fi features which enable bypassing of costly operator costs, allowing you to use free hotspots for browsing etc.
Since you clearly haven't even stood close enough to try and sniff the phone, your 'review' and grading should be wiped by c-net. -
Easy to see why the ratings are the same. iPhone is fundamentally a phone, correct? But its call quality is consistently disparaged. Simple fail, really. Any other cell phone with exceptional call quality earns one additional star for that alone. Stop wasting our time with your failure to think before you speak.

android os is better than iphone mostly cos if two important things, 1.)background applications and 2.)notification system..what's the use of one million useless applications anyways all the useful ones are available for android.

OK! Don't write a review if you haven't even tried the phone out you ass!
