Pros: Swype feature and voice texting are nice.

Cons: Inconsistent and quirky;

5-6 second delay on answering phone calls

Summary: Please don't buy this phone. I've been with Tmobile for about 15 years and am going to cancel my contract with them because this phone has been such a trial.

Browsing the internet is almost impossible because of the speed and quirks of the phone. Here's what it's like to find and pull up a web page: open google and type in your search. Refresh google 4-5 times so that it will start searching (literally; I am not exaggerating). Wait 30-60 seconds for search results. Click on that page you want. Refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh. Wait 30-60 seconds for the page to load. When it it does, seven times out of ten, without me touching anything, the phone will inexplicably return me to the google search page so that I need to start the process over.

Here's what it is like to check facebook: open facebook. Lay the phone down and go do something else while you wait for it to load.

When you answer or place a phone call, there is a 4-5 second delay before the other person can begin hearing you. This isn't a huge time waster; it just makes for an awkward start for every conversation you'll have on this phone.

Also, sometimes I don't get text messages until days after they were sent

You can't rely on the built-in GPS. It often drops the signal, even in the middle of town.

My husband has the same phone and the same problems, so I didn't just get a dud.

In summary, I want to throw this phone in the ocean.
