Cons T mobile misleads to get the sale...
Summary Over the past year or so, I have become very upset with t mobile for several reasons. When I last signed a contract on an electronic pad, the only hard paper the store could give me was my signature and terms about if I don't pay them. I had wanted a detailed receipt of what I had just signed for. Of course, when I received my first bill, I was charged for every text (had plan with unlimited texting) and my AAA insurance discount did not apply to all the areas of my bill that I was told it would at the store. Recently, I added a line to my plan on-line which stated that it would cost my zero dollars/month. I called t mobile to verify this also. When my sim card arrived, enclosed was a letter stating that I would be charged $5/month starting in two months. I called and argued the situation and was told that the zero dollars was a promotion. Wouldn't you think t mobile should have stated that it was a "promotion" and when it would expire?
Pros the battery doescharge
Cons touch screen does not respond, impossible to make a call go through
Summary the day i burn this junk will be a good day
Pros It comes in the prepaid package so you don't have to sign a contract with T-mobile. The price is wonderful for a smartphone, even a beginner one like this. It has lots of apps available and the screen is bigger than some other starter smartphones.
Cons more battery time,
Summary Overall, I am not in any way, shape or form considered a technie. I have even stated I am not smart enough for a smartphone. LOL But this phone I am very comfortable with. I would like to be able to customize it more, like get some apps off, but it may be that I just haven't learned how yet. Also, like all smartphones, I wish the battery lasted longer, but if you turn off some of the things like wifi and data switch, the battery doesn't drain as much or as fast. I use it for work and it allows me to call my clients, use the speakerphone while I am driving and I can hear them. It also allows me to text, talk and text, voice dialer, etc. I LOVE THIS PHONE! I even went back and got another one just like it for my 24 year old son for his business. KUDOS

Pros There are no pros to signing a contract with t-mobile. crappy service mostly every where you go will be edge which is slow as hell. customer service is the worst they will tell what you want hear to get you off the phone.
Cons T-mobile will try and suck in and after they do you will be bullied by them forever.
Summary take it from me t-mobile for three years and hated it.
