Pros: I love the shape/design of this phone, the nav wheel is unique and doesn't wear your fingers out like a trackball does, great call quality, external microSD card slot
Cons: web browsing is kind of awkward, some programs make the phone freeze if you don't close them correctly, can't change the system background color or how the programs display (list view not an option).

"Black one good/White one bad"
Pros: WiFi calling is free (wife loves talking to family and friends! WiFi internet for free (while at home or a hotspot, Can add apps and can run MS office to include MS live (hotmail and messenger), It is simmular to a slider blackberry. Easy to use!
Cons: White one only (see below): Poorly lit keyboard. Drops calls (Tmobile and WiFi) every couple of minutes. Looks like a older slider body (But, display is great).

"Manufactured by Fisher Price?"
Pros: The layout of the keys. People don't like the blackberry suretype style keypad at first, but after you get used to it you'll find it's amazingly fast. People have a hard time telling if I'm chatting from my phone or my computer.
Cons: Over priced for what it is. This phone is basically the same as the old shadow. It's already outdated and not worth spending the money on. It also looks and feels like Fisher Price made it. It's a good smart phone for the early and pre-teen crowd.
