"US Cellular is, in my experience, the most-reliable."
4.0 starson by nickjwPros: Rarely (if ever) do I have a dropped or missed call. I can't remember the last time I looked at my phone and didn't have service. By far the most-reliable mobile phone service I have experienced.
Cons: US Cellular doesn't tend to have the latest and greatest phones (I was told by a sales-person that this is because they test their phones rigorously before deciding to support them...don't know if this is true or not).
Summary: If you want reliable service, and phone service availability is most-important, US Cellular is the way to go.

U S Cellular is anouncing new great devices this year that are exclusive to them, yes they go through strong testing before they're announced, and more testing all the way up to their roll-out date. Some get called back the day before they're suppose to go on sale. I think thats what makes USC so great in customer service, they test it to your needs and then some.
