Pros: More minutes for your money.
Cons: Terrible Customer Service 3 out of 5.Signal is bad.Insurance is horrible,& there cellphones are so old, always so so behind.Phones get Disconti. 2 or 3mo after they came out.
Summary: I am canceling and pay the cancellation after more than 5yr service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I live on 1st Flr & at times we don't have signal at all. Get lots of drop calls. Lots of static. I had an Slider Nokia a while back and they wanted to give me a Razor instead. You don't get much additional services for your $$. Razor is much older and cheaper! You have to wait at times up to 20minutes just to speak to a rep. Or up to 45min just to cancel a line! Charge you $25per line if you don't pay the date you have to. now you have to get a easyedge or email internet package from $24.95-$40 package additional or you cannot get the phone! I think its ridiculous..At first it was super. But lately it has gotten Terrible, My bill lately has been getting higher and higher. Same usage...For what I pay I decided to go and get me an Iphone instead! With a different Carrier. So far 9 of my family members have moved to another Carrier for same issues..So do a research ppl.
