Summary: Verizon has been hard to communicate with since the beginning. They have recommended products that weren't the best for my needs. They change policies to suit themselves. I know that some things can be done to fix problems, but those solutions are not uniformly offered. Sometimes you get CSAs who are knowledgeable and helpful, but most of the time you get people who seem to hate their job, not have any power to fix anything, and don't know how to do that anyway. I left the company yesterday after 3 years of dealing with their incompetence and trying to work things out. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
