|Bottom line|| |
If you’re an existing 4G LTE U.S. Cellular customer, the ZTE Imperial is an excellent and cheap phone -- but new subscribers should explore all options and promotions.
Competitively priced, stylish, and sporting great midtier specs, the LG Optimus F7 is an excellent handset for U.S. Cellular customers.
If waterproof capabilities are an absolute must, consider the Kyocera Hydro XTRM. If not, skip this for some of the carrier's better alternatives.
Its reliable specs and availability on four carriers make the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini an easy-to-find midtier buy, but you should also compare the S4 Mini with its substantial competition.
