    "Worst and most expensive customer support available"

    Pros: Once the software is installed, it works reasonably well. Components have similar work spaces -- and they integrate reasonably well.

    Cons: Heaven help the person who needs customer support. Licensing does not install nor uninstall easily because of the activation tags placed on ALL components.

    Summary: Adobe charges to uninstall previous versions. I'm sure pirates can maneuver easily, but amateur paying customers are out of luck -- and out of pocket. Support website does not cover uninstall issues from previous versions.
