    Pros: It was free to download.

    Cons: Crashes constantly, takes an extremely long time to download a 1-hour show, crashes, stalls, crashes, stalls, etc.

    Summary: With today's technology, I can't believe that Amazon would allow something to be released that was not polished and up to the standards of their competitors. The only reason I downloaded Instant Video is because I did't think I could find the show I was searching for on iTunes. It took me 45-minutes to finish the last 10-minutes of a show because of all the crashes! So frustrating! Thank goodness I just found my show on iTunes! I know I will not be experiencing the same problems now!
