"Not bad, but could be better"
Pros: Sort music and create playlists easily. Tons of music in the iTunes store.
Cons: Burning software is terribly picky, can't convert purcahsed music to MP3. Doesn't integrate with Windows very well.

Pros: Great music player
Cons: Crashes constantly
Summary: At first I was excited to use iTunes. But now iTunes crashes continuously on Windows XP. I googled online, but havent found a solution.

Pros: LOTS of songs.
Cons: The songs are encoded in either AAC or MP4 and you can't switch them back to MP3 because they're protected.

Pros: Fantastic selection of music Great interface Good value
Cons: Apple makes it VERY difficult to resolve problems with downloaded music. I selected two songs to download, unfortunately, the download was interrupted on the second song and I did not receive. iTunes "Check for Downloaded Music" feature returned a message
