Apple iTunes

Pros: There must be some pros, given the positive reviews by many paid critics/reviewers, though I couldn't find any pros. If you look at the Apple message boards, or any computer-oriented message boards, iTunes 11 is overwhelmingly hated by customers.

Cons: Just to name a few, U can no longer display duplicates, organize your music first by artist and then by year that artist's albums were released, or maximize the view of your music in a user-friendly format. And 11 hogs more computer resources.

Summary: In short, don't "upgrade" [In quotes because it isn't a good upgrade!] to iTunes 11 if you value choice and user-friendliness. iTunes 11 is horrible! Period.
