Unhappy customer
Pros: Easier to work with customers with a product like this. Unfortunatley, it's not supported well.

I'd rather use something like logmein which is free, and doesn't have the connect hickups commonly found in GTMPC. I guess it comes down to cost/performance thing.

Pros: The service allows me to leave the office early and continue working. While other services allow that, this one allows me to use any computer with an Internet connection to connect to my office and get work done. Now I can go on vacation and relax witho

Pros: Everything it does, it does very well. The remote printing is invaluable. The screen refresh rate is excellent on broadband.
